I am a musician, movement-lover, wife, mother, grandmother, and lifelong seeker of beauty, wisdom, and joy. I’m a certified yoga teacher and boxer—two practices that have taught me very different things about strength, presence, discipline, and what it means to inhabit my own body fully.

Music has been part of me for as long as I can remember. I play piano, sing, and lead a band, and some of my happiest moments happen when I’m sitting at a keyboard or making music with people I love.

At the heart of my life is my family. I have two daughters, Fiona and Ava, and two grandchildren, Sophia and Jack, who call me Baba. Ava serves in the U.S. Army as a medic and is currently stationed in Germany. Being Baba to Sophia and Jack has brought an entirely new kind of love, delight, and wonder into my life.

I recently married my husband, Aaron, at Bountiful Community Church, beginning a beautiful new chapter together, officiated by my beloved Grandma Charlottie. We have a mischievous puppy named Rex, our little king. I love good music, deep conversation, laughter, movement, mystery, and the people who make life interesting. I’m still becoming, still learning, and increasingly convinced that a good life isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about being fully present for the life that is actually here.
